If you need to check your work email from home or another location other than  your normal workstation you can click here (https://webmail.ky.gov) and it will take you to the Microsoft Exchange Server.  From this point all you have to do is enter your username with the following format:  KYFD01/YourUsername then enter your password in the password box. 

The KY Registered Sanitarian Examining Committee announced the creation of a new registered sanitarian interactive web site for contact hours on August 22, 2006.  The website will provide the sanitarian an updated list of trainings they have completed.  To access the system go to https://apps.chfs.ky.gov/regsan/ or you can go to the existing Registered Sanitarian website at http://chfs.ky.gov/dph/sanitarians.htm and click on "R.S. Continuing Education Hours" to access the new page.  Once there, enter your R.S. number to access the system.  The number is located on your Registered Sanitarian card.

 NIMS Compliance Training Categories (Gateway Employees) The categories below were established for each position in the Gateway District Health Department. Identify the training level for your position. This will determine the course requirements you need to fulfill for Gateway to be NIMS compliant.  Your training regimen must be completed by September 1, 2006 and it is your responsibility to report your successful completion of the course to the district office.

Level 1: IS-700 and ICS 100

Level 2: IS-700, ICS 100, and ICS 200

Level 3: IS-700, IS-800, ICS 100, and ICS 200
