Clinical Assistant – available with Gateway District Health Department. This is a 10-month position and will be located at East Valley Elementary School in West Liberty, KY. Primary duties include initial triage of students, registration, and history taking. Order supplies and answer phones and assist RN as needed. Must be a high school graduate or have a GED. Hourly salary: $8.10. Excellent fringe benefit package.

LOCAL HEALTH NURSE I –Gateway District Health Department accepts applications for the position of Local Health Nurse I on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities include providing client health education and counseling, health assessments, preventive health care and communicable disease control activities.
The position requires registered nurse licensed in Kentucky, Education and Experience – Associate Degree or Diploma from an accredited college, university, or school of nursing. Must have a provisional license and approval to practice as a Registered Nurse Applicant or have a current active Kentucky Registered Nurse License. No experience required. Hourly Salary: $14.07, Excellent fringe benefit package.
